ACT 3-12 New Cartridge Dust Collector

  • 5,800 CFM @ 10″ S.P. Cartridge Filter System with 12 cartridges.
  • 254 sq. ft. of media each for a total of 3048 sq. ft. of filter area. 1.9:1 air to media ratio.
  • Filters are 99.9% efficient. Automatic reverse jet cleaning via compressed air, (1) pulse valve per (2) cartridges for a total of (6)
  • Dwyer pulse control timer board with photohelic pressure gauge.
  • Discharge via air tight connections into (1) 55 gallon drum (not supplied).
  • 15 HP motor with Twin Cities Fan, top mounted.
  • Support platform and legs position the unit approximately 4′ above the ground.
  • Magnetic starter not included.
