Used Dust Collector – Donaldson® Torit® Downflo® II 2-16  The Downflo® II design has proven itself over the last 30 years as the most influentual, most copied design in the dust collection industry.  It delivers optimum performance in a myriad of fine, dry dust applications.  When monitered and given periodic maintenance, they ensure decades of steadfast, trouble-free operation.  They feature “ledgeless” design so that particles have no place to rest inside the collector. In combination with a top-mounted TBI fan that can be sized to the correct CFM and Air-To-Cloth Ratio, along with a variety of filter media designed to handle the toughest applications. Providing higher efficiency and smaller footprint, the DFT systems supply a lot of  dust collection in a very small area.  

This DFT 2-16 is offered as “re-conditioned” by a certified Donaldson® Torit®  Dealer.  New  Paint, New Pulse Valves, New Filters, Fan/Motor, Timer board and Starter Tested.  This collector is currently set up at 7,500 CFM @ 1.83:1 Air-To-Cloth Ratio, 4,096 Sq. Ft. Cloth Area from (16) New Cartridge Filters. The ExtraLife Filter Cleaning System uses proprietary, computer-modeled pulse cleaning technology to clean the filters (from shop supplied compressed air) to easily “pulse off” dust from the  filters, improving efficiency and longevity to the  filters.
